Facility Reservations

Please note:

Shelter and Field Reservations require a 14 day notice for online reservations.
Court Reservations are require a 3 day notice of the requested date.
An individual can only rent one pickleball/tennis court at a time in that person’s name each day for 2 hours. No multiple courts can be rented anymore unless you are a class, league, or tournament which has to be approved by the Reservation Office.
Leagues, classes and tournaments require you to contact the Reservation Office at 502-574-7275.
Field Reservations are currently available with a 2 weeks notice for games and 3 business days notice for practices.
